Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website or by phone.

Who we are

Lowestoft Carpet Cleaning (carpetcleaninglowestoft.co.uk) is run by Frankie Ansell, who is responsible for your details. Contact: 01502 447234.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, postcode, the job you need and any notes you add. If you call, an automated receptionist may take the same details and send us a written summary of the call.

Why we use it

Only to deal with your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a quote and arrange the work. The work is carried out by an independent local carpet cleaner, who receives your details for that purpose only.

Who receives it

Form enquiries are delivered by email through FormSubmit. Calls may be answered by an automated receptionist provided by Vapi, with phone service from Twilio. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a customer and records are needed for longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by calling us. If you are unhappy with how your details are handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
