How commercial carpet cleaning differs
Commercial carpet is often a tightly woven loop pile or carpet tile, designed for heavy wear. It responds well to cleaning, but traffic lanes, chewing gum and spilt drinks build up quickly. Many sites suit a low-moisture method so floors are back in use sooner, with deeper extraction on the worst areas.
Where carpet tiles are worn beyond cleaning, it can be cheaper to replace a few tiles than to keep treating them. We will tell you if that is the case.
Working around your business
Early mornings, evenings or closed days can be arranged so customers and staff are not disturbed. Tell us about access, alarms, parking and any areas that must stay open, and we will plan the order of work to suit.
Regular cleaning
Busy entrances and walkways keep their appearance much longer with regular maintenance cleans rather than one deep clean a year. We can suggest a sensible interval once we have seen how the floor wears.
Commercial questions
Can you remove chewing gum?
Yes, chewing gum removal is part of commercial cleaning. Older, flattened gum takes longer, so mention it when you enquire.
Do you clean caravan carpets?
Yes. Static caravans and chalets have small spaces with heavy use, so they suit a quick, low-moisture clean between seasons or guests.
